Gitrack

Git-native issue tracking that keeps work and its history alongside the code, with predictable workflows for coding agents.

Motivation and approach

Work tracking is easier to follow when its history travels with the code it describes. Gitrack stores issues as ordinary tracked files, so branches, commits and merges carry the project’s task state as well as its implementation.

My contribution

I created gitrack and develop it around the workflow I use with coding agents.

Outcome and current status

Gitrack is used to track work on many of my projects, including this website and Flotsync. It remains under development as I refine the workflow built on top of it.
